The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for overseeing production, profitability, and growth of the branch office. BM’s may be producing OR non-producing depending on the size of the opportunity. BM’s are expected to maintain a sufficient volume of business so that financial results for the office meet or exceed company expectations. Recruiting quality loan officers should be a primary focus of the BM to ensure profitability of the office. Offices can range in size from 3 – 20 employees depending on the market.
HarborOne (HOME) offers flexibility when it comes to pricing and compensation and both traditional and P&L structures will be considered. Interested individuals should have a minimum of 5 years of proven success with origination and/or recruiting.
HOME will consider opening new branch offices in anywhere in New England and New Jersey and is willing to look at other possibilities on the East Coast.
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to effectively communicate verbally. The employee must be able to effectively operate a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds. Vision abilities is required by this job include close vision.
