This is a temporary position for about 5-6 months to train for and cover the maternity leave of one of the Central Loan Disclosers. 


The Central Discloser is responsible for reviewing New Loan Submissions and Change Circumstance Requests for fee accuracy and validity prior to disclosing to the consumer.



  • Review New Loan Submissions and Change Circumstance Requests for integrity and completeness including compliance with regulatory disclosures and guidelines
  • Knowledge in investor and program guidelines to ensure proper fees are disclosed
  • Bring exceptions to the attention of the Loan Originator as necessary.
  • Efficiently monitor, manage, and maintain pipelines to ensure disclosures are sent to borrowers within regulatory timelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs, including online training
  • May be required to perform any other job-related instructions as requested by their manager, subject to reasonable accommodations



  • Ability to target and adhere to timelines under variable demand scenarios
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage calculations
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal, communication skills

  • Effective oral and written communication with customers, co-workers and all levels of management
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and he ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have sound knowledge of KBYO (aka TRID) regulations, RESPA and other mortgage compliance regulations
  • Experience in HUD and FHA/VA mortgages
  • Maintain a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent understanding of a mortgage origination system.  Encompass would be preferred.



  • Prior mortgage operations experience is preferred


Ability to work a five day work week Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm (overtime as needed).
